Terms of sale

1. Payment Terms: All payments must be made upon receipt. If payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership rights of any items purchased. No items will be shipped if payment is not received.

2. Shipping Policies: The cost of shipping must be paid by the buyer as agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. Seller will not be responsible for any damage to the items during shipping.

3. Refund/Return Policy: Items eligible for refund or return are subject to complaint. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. If a replacement item is not available, a full refund will be issued.

4. Cancellation: An order can be canceled until payment is processed. Once the payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.

5. Complaints: Any complaints regarding items or sellers can be sent to our support team. No guarantee is made regarding problem resolution. Each case will be assessed individually, and the seller will be in contact with the buyer.

6. Legal Disclaimer: The seller bears no responsibility for health or safety issues once the items are received by the buyer. If any damage arises from items purchased by the buyer, the seller will not be held liable.

7. Use: The buyer agrees to use the products solely for their intended purposes. The buyer also agrees to use the products with care when in use.

8. Material Sensitivity: Some products may contain sensitive materials. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine whether the product contains materials that may cause sensitivity reactions.

9. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties will attempt to resolve the issue fairly and in a timely manner. If both parties are unable to resolve the dispute, the matter will be referred to independent arbitration.
